Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
• Rouge Amsterdam: the webshop, trading under Zomer International B.V.
• Customer: any natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with Rouge Amsterdam.
• Agreement: any agreement between Rouge Amsterdam and the customer regarding the purchase of products through the webshop.
Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements through
the Rouge Amsterdam webshop.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – Offer and Agreement
All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to typographical errors, price changes, and availability.
An agreement is concluded when Rouge Amsterdam confirms the order by email.
Article 4 – Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full using the payment methods offered.
Rouge Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery
Rouge Amsterdam ships worldwide.
For orders within the Netherlands: orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day.
Shipping within the Netherlands is free.
For orders within Europe, delivery time is approximately 5 business days.
Shipping costs within Europe are €5.00.
Article 6 – Returns
You can return an order within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
Return costs:
• Netherlands: €7.95
• Europe: €10.00
After receipt and inspection, the purchase price will be refunded.
Article 7 – Liability
Rouge Amsterdam is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profits.
Rouge Amsterdam is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of products.
Use of the website and purchased products is entirely at your own risk.
Article 8 – Intellectual Property
All rights to the content on the website, including text, images, logos, and designs,
are held by Rouge Amsterdam.
Using, copying, or distributing these materials without prior written permission is prohibited.
Article 9 – Force Majeure
Rouge Amsterdam is not obligated to fulfill its obligations if it is prevented from doing so by
force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, disruptions, carrier delays, or
technical problems.

Rouge Amsterdam will make every effort to handle complaints as quickly as possible.
Article 12 – Applicable Law
All agreements between Rouge Amsterdam and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
